Our priority is your full satisfaction. If something isn't right, our refund policy is designed to be fully transparent and friendly.

01. Warranty Period (30 Days)

Our risk prevention policy allows returns for the first 30 days after delivery. Beyond that, we cannot process a full refund.

02. Eligibility

To be eligible, the product must be unused, un-damaged, in the same conditions you received it, and in its original packaging.

03. The Process

Once we receive the item, we will notify you of the resolution. If approved, the refund takes 3 to 15 business days to your original payment method.

04. Warranty Exchanges

We strictly replace items showing manufacturing faults. To claim the one-year structural warranty, send evidence to hola@clek.com.
